Laila (Cuoco) Miller is a TEDx speaker, bestselling author, and leadership communicator who empowers leaders and teams to navigate change, pressure, and identity shifts with resilience, clarity, and self-trust.

With over 35 years of speaking experience, Laila has inspired audiences at conferences, podcasts, radio programs, faith-based organizations, and virtual events. Her work blends research with lived experience, offering practical insights into how confidence, decision-making, and leadership are forged when roles change, certainty fades, or external validation disappears.

She is the author of three books, two of which became bestsellers, and the co-founder of SorellaLIVE, an outreach she leads with her sister, Elisa, equipping individuals with tangible tools for personal, emotional, and spiritual growth. Laila is also a businesswoman and co-owner of a successful trading company she operates with her husband, for over 22 years grounding her leadership message in real-world experience.

Elisa (Cuoco) Zinn​ is a dynamic speaker and teacher of the Word called to awaken and activate FAITH within the heart of the listener, helping them to connect back to the heart of God. She flows intentionally with the Holy Spirit as she ministers uniquely on each platform.

 Elisa has worked in the supportive role of many ministries in the last twenty-five years both in the U.S. as well as in various European countries. She is a graduate of both North Central University and Rhema Bible Training Center. She has dedicated her life to building His Kingdom while preaching the Word, leading people in worship, discipling women, and training children to love God.

 Following her passion of discipling women, Elisa co-founded, alongside her sister Laila, SorellaLIVE.

 Elisa is happily married to Paul Zinn. Together they serve as commissioned ministers in Freedom Church Philadelphia. She fully homeschools their three children: Rocco, Lorenzo, and Valentina. Together they love to go on outdoor adventures—bike rides, hiking trips, and beach trips. Their family motto is, “Expecting great things from God. Attempting great things for God.”
